  • Free shipping is available for orders above a specified amount, as mentioned on the website.

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.
  • Once processed, the estimated delivery time depends on your location:
    • Metropolitan cities: 3-5 business days
    • Other cities/towns: 5-8 business days
    • Remote areas: 7-10 business days

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and the courier partner’s details.
  • You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier partner’s website.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. The courier company may attempt delivery multiple times, after which the package may be returned to us.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the delivery, or unavailability of the recipient, we will contact you for clarification or to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

  • While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, or courier service disruptions.
  • In such cases, we will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or if any items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the package and its contents, if applicable.
  • We will investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund as per our policy.

International Shipping

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping. GolfDunia.com caters to orders within India only.
