Return, Replacement, and Cancellation Policy
At GolfDunia.com, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. Below are the guidelines for returning, replacing, or canceling your orders.
Eligibility for Returns and Replacements
- Products may be returned or replaced if they are eligible, as specified on the respective product detail page.
- Items marked as “Returnable:NO” on the product page are not eligible for returns. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will provide a replacement.
- The request for a return or replacement must be made within 5 days of delivery. Requests after this period will not be entertained.
Pickup and Self-Return Options
- For pin codes serviced by our return courier partners, the product will be picked up from your location.
- In areas where pickup services are not available, you can self-return the product through any reputed courier or speed-post service.
Refund and Replacement Process
Refunds:
- Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received at our fulfillment center in its original packaging, with seals, labels, and barcodes intact. The product must be unused and undamaged.
- Refunds will be processed within 24 hours of receipt and quality check at our fulfillment center. The refund will be issued as a store credit valid, which can be used for future purchases on GolfDunia.com, validity up to 6 months. Outbound shipping charges will not be refunded in case of self-returned orders.
Replacements:
- Replacement requests will be processed within 48 hours of raising the request.
- Replacements will be initiated once the returned product reaches our fulfillment center and passes the quality check.
Directions for Return or Replacement Request
- For Registered Users:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the ‘My Account’ section.
- Select the return or replacement option for the specific order.
- Fill in the required details and submit the request.
- For Guest Users:
- Contact our customer service team by emailing support@golfdunia.com to initiate the return or replacement manually.
Note:
- Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories with the return.
- The product and its packaging must be in a resaleable, brand-new condition.
Transit Time and Fulfillment
- Returned packages typically take 8-10 business days to reach our fulfillment center.
- Replacements or refunds will be processed upon receipt and quality check of the returned product.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be canceled if the request is received before the shipping of the goods.
